RYA Day Skipper Sailing Courses in Gibraltar and Spain with ROCK
Improve your sailing skills with an RYA Day Skipper sailing course at ROCK. Day Skipper teaches navigation and pilotage in addition to hands on sailing lessons. You will experience warm water, tidal sailing in Gibraltar Bay and have the opportunity to visit three different ports in Morocco and Spain as well.
You will learn to sail by night, with one evening being spent on the water practicing pilotage by buoys and beacons and spotting the many lights in the busy shipping lanes of the Straits of Gibraltar.
Our RYA Day Skipper sailing courses take place over 5 days all year round.

| Course Outline | This 5 day practical sailing course is about learning to take charge of a yacht. We teach pilotage, navigation and seamanship so, by the end of the week, you should be confident to skipper a yacht in familiar waters by day. |
