Need More Miles at Sea to Complete Your RYA Courses?
We know what it’s like, you have passed your RYA Competent Crew, Day Skipper theory and Practical and now you want to go further. But there is one thing getting in your way, miles at sea. tidal and lots of them .You need to complete some quality mile building trips.
The Atlantic Milebuilder takes us west, through the Straits of Gibraltar and along the Atlantic coast of Spain and Portugal and, often, up into the Rios Guadiana and Guadalquivir. Sometimes we include a passage south into deepest Morocco to Melillia
You will be able to achieve not just tidal miles, but crewed or skippered 60 mile qualifying passages needed for the RYA Yachtmaster Offshore exam. You can expect to gain night hours, passage planning and pilotage experience and learn about customs formalities.
Anticipated ports include Barbate, Rota, Cadiz, Mazagon, Albufeira and Lagos. All trips are weather dependent and included fuel, mooring fees and all meals and beverages onboard.
